Bush critics call for more troops in Iraq - again

I can't keep up with them - one day we are in a quagmire and must get out, next we need to send more troops. It is no wonder nobody takes these people seriously...

Congrats Senator - you make Al Jazzera happy

A US senator has refused to apologise for comparing the actions of US soldiers at Guantanamo Bay to those of Nazis, while others have decried or defended the mandate and method used to hold prisoners there.

this is what we are fighting...

Did you hear about this friends: A 28 year old Indian woman is being forced by the elders in the village she lives in to marry her father in law. That is a bit strange on its own, but it gets worse. Turns out this father in law raped the woman.

Muslim Clerics claim that since she was raped her marriage was “nullified.” She had been married for ten years when the rape took place.

Simply put, the clerics decided that since she had been defiled she was not fit for her husband, and was ordered to marry the rapist, who is already married with five other children.

This is Islamic policy. This is what the liberals want to defend.

So called "men" like Senator Dick Durban (D-IL), think we are the bad guys because we "torture" these murderers and rapists by making them listen to rap music; comparing us to Pol Pot, (the Khmer Rouge in Cambodia for those who were not old enough to remember and went to public school). Durban should take a stroll down the hall and talk to Senator John McCain (R-AZ) to find out about torture. These murderers sit in air conditioned rooms with three meals a day, prayer calls five times a day, clothing, bedding; of course we do deny them the one thing they really want: Jews and Christians to murder. That is one thing we don't give them.
